The information we collect
The information we hold depends on how you interact with us. It may include:

● Information shared during interviews carried out as part of Rapid Impact Reviews or other evaluation work

Client work, evaluations and interviews
Where our work involves interviewing people, for example as part of a Rapid Impact Review or an independent evaluation, we collect what is said during those conversations. This may include personal opinions, experiences and quotes.
We agree with each client how this information will be used, for example in a report or as testimonial content, and we only use it in the way that has been agreed. Where quotes or case studies are to be used publicly, we seek permission before they are published.
The Impactful Community® and Impactful Networking
If you join The Impactful Community® or Impactful Networking, we collect the information needed to manage your membership, including your name, email address and payment details, and we record attendance at Zoom sessions.
We do not share your individual membership details publicly. Session content shared within the community is intended to stay within the group.
How we use your information
We use your personal data to:
● Respond to enquiries made through our website
● Send newsletters and updates to people who have signed up to receive them
● Deliver client work, including Rapid Impact Reviews, evaluations and research
● Manage membership of The Impactful Community® and Impactful Networking, including processing payments and organising sessions
● Meet our legal and accounting obligations
● Understand how our website is used, so we can improve it
Our legal basis for using your information is usually one of the following: your consent (for example, when you sign up to our newsletter), the performance of a contract (for example, delivering client work or membership), or our legitimate interests in running our business (for example, responding to enquiries).
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal data. We share information with a small number of trusted providers who help us run our business:
● Stripe, for processing payments
● Funnel Sketchers, our email marketing platform, for sending newsletters and managing sign ups
● Zoom, for hosting sessions and recording attendance
● Our virtual assistant, who supports us as a subcontractor and may see client or membership information in the course of that work
Each of these providers is only given the information they need to carry out their role, and we do not share your data with anyone outside the UK.
How long we keep your information
We keep client records for three years. Where we are required to keep information for longer, for example for accounting or tax purposes, we will do so in line with that legal requirement. If you unsubscribe from our newsletter or leave The Impactful Community® or Impactful Networking, we will remove your details from active use, other than any records we need to keep for legal reasons.
