Starlinks Global
Starlinks Global is a cross-border logistics carrier that helps major eCommerce retailers deliver to shoppers around the world. They work with some of the UK's best-known consumer brands and have built their reputation on exceptional delivery performance.
I was commissioned to conduct a strategic impact research project: running internal interviews with the Starlinks team, external interviews with their clients, and facilitated workshops to surface insights from across the business. I then analysed the findings, produced a clear report and made practical recommendations to help Starlinks articulate and use the genuine impact they deliver for their clients as a point of commercial differentiation.
The goal was simple: to give a business that was already performing exceptionally the evidence and the language to prove it.
OMNI Money
OMNI Money is a fintech business being built from the ground up with a deliberate and non-negotiable commitment to impact. From day one, they wanted impact thinking embedded into every aspect of how the business operates, not added on as an afterthought.
My involvement is broad and genuinely varied. I develop impact frameworks and design the mechanisms to track, embed and demonstrate impact as the business grows.
I feed directly into business planning, shape messaging and positioning, contribute to pitch decks and sales collateral, advise on app design and data capture, and support testing.
