The Impactful Community
A facilitated space for thoughtful, values-led women in business who care deeply about the impact of their work and how they do it.
Founded in January 2025, the Impactful Community has reached more than 200 members across three continents. We meet twice a month via Zoom and our community is built on mutual support, generosity and respect. It sits deliberately as a counterbalance to louder, more transactional corners of online business.
In our first year, we won a Silver Award for Best Networking Group at the Best Businesswomen Awards 2025. But what matters most is not the accolade. It is the quality of the space.

About Rachel
I am Rachel Dunford, a multi award-winning impact specialist based in Bedfordshire.
I founded Rachel Dunford Consulting after being made redundant while pregnant with my first child, and I have spent the last nearly fourteen years building a business I am genuinely proud of: one that is grounded in evidence, guided by values and focused entirely on the difference my clients make.
I trained as a management consultant at PA Consulting Group and have worked across the private, public and third sectors. My clients range from start-ups and charities to SMEs, global membership organisations and large corporates, and what they all have in common is a genuine desire to do work that matters.
I am also very proud to serve as Patron of the Ashdon Jazz Academy, a charity supporting vulnerable young women in South London.
