So…how does it work?
You book me to conduct a Rapid Impact Review. We meet. You tell me all about your business, your vision, your goals, your services and what you want to achieve for your clients. You choose a sample of your own clients for the review.
I create a bespoke interview script that explores the things YOU want to find out. I run in-depth interviews with your chosen clients (5 as a minimum to make the process worthwhile…) at a time that suits them and explore their experiences of working with you in a non-judgemental, friendly discussion.
I analyse the information I’ve collected. I pull out evidence of your impact. I select the best quotes and testimonials that illustrate how highly your clients think of you. I look for areas or your business where you could do an even better job.
I write you a powerful, clear, and accessible report that opens your eyes to the way you are perceived by your clients, gives you a way to talk about the impact your business is making, and that is packed full of content you can repurpose for your marketing, social media, pitches and award entries.
I leave you with a set of constructive, actionable recommendations to help you fix anything that wasn’t working, improve your customer’s experience, maximise your impact and take your business to the next level. We have a final debrief so all your questions are answered and you feel confident to move forward with impact!
